Order Policy : 

We appreciate an order be made at least 2 weeks in advance. A rush charge (an additional 20% of the original price) may be applied for any order made less than 2 weeks before the delivery date.

 

Payment
A deposit of 75% of the total should be made to one of our accounts at least 10 days before the delivery date, any order with a late payment without an email notification would be considered cancelled.

 

Making changes for your order
We reserve the right to say no to any changes requested by customers once deposit is made, a rush charge may also be applied for changes made less than 10 days (not including delivery day) before the event.

 

Refund:
Deposit is nonrefundable unless typhoon signal 8 or Black Rain warning sign is on.

- Order below $3,000 - Self Pick up at Oookie Cookie Studio (OR +$150 for delivery in HK/KLN, +$250 in the New Territories)

- Order above $3,000 - Free Delivery in HK/KLN

- Order above $4,000 - Free Delivery in the New Territories

** We only accept delivery in HK/KLN/the New Territories

** Upon receipt by customer, we hold no liability for further damage of the product 

** No delivery under typhoon #8 and Black rainstorm
